Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on scalability and innovation.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of systems that anticipate market shifts and technological advancements up to 2026.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Cloud) that will be integral to our growth strategy.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, guiding senior engineers and architects in executing the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
