Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Quantum Computing principles, or advanced distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale products from conception to launch.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to learn new languages quickly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
