- Develop AI ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Coordinate with sustainability teams to build carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech methodologies
- Pioneer human-AI collaboration protocols for future workplaces
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed systems
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable tech (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience leading agile teams with DevOps/CI/CD mastery
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Azure Quantum) or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
- Strong background in tech policy and regulatory compliance frameworks
