In this role, you will define the architectural standards for our proprietary quantum-enhanced neural networks, ensuring scalability, ethical AI compliance, and human-in-the-loop efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous learning by 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of quantum computing algorithms to enhance classical machine learning models.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industrial applications, focusing on latency reduction and energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists in pushing the boundaries of current technology.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technology roadmap for the 2026 product launch cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging trends in AGI, neuromorphic computing, and edge AI deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated track record of patenting novel algorithms or publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
