Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and technical change.
