Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for advanced AI integration, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and quantum processing tasks.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data governance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to maintain system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and preparing algorithms for future quantum hardware.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
