- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct technical due diligence on cutting-edge startups and emerging tech stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in AI, Blockchain, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of the technological trends expected to define 2026 and the capability to predict their impact on the market.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and project management.
