Responsibilities

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for high-impact features.

- Mentor and cultivate high-performance engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in high-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
