Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact by 2026
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory developments
- Build and lead an innovation task force of domain experts
- Drive adoption of future-proof technologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience advising C-suite on tech disruption and transformation
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
