Responsibilities

- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen tech including neural interfaces and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
