Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and government futurist programs
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics, or neurotech)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience leading global teams across distributed innovation ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-tech solutions with measurable ROI
