Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on future-tech investments
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior talent in future-tech methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting a plus
