Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future technology implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) a plus
