Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development pipelines
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ use cases
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation maturity metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or major industry conferences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technical and business stakeholders
