Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and business units
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, neurotech) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation across future-tech verticals
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and regulation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Executive presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Track record of launching future-tech initiatives to market
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-tech frameworks
