- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with emerging trends in quantum computing, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive innovations with 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Create compelling vision documents and roadmaps for executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
