Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present tech foresight frameworks to investors and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech integration practices
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing future-tech solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption or future trends
