Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Analyze market trends and regulatory landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education programs
- Monitor geopolitical and economic factors affecting tech innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Professional Education)
