- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, bio-convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for futuristic product launches
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Define ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching futuristic products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or bio-convergence
- MBA or MS in Technology Innovation, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple domains
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning and predictive market analysis tools
- Fluency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
