Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ tech adoption across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Direct cross-disciplinary R&D teams (20+ specialists) in agile sprints
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic institutions
- Present disruptive tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants through NSF and DARPA channels
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ quantum/AI patents
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
- Deep fluency in ISO/IEC 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Exceptional command of Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
