- Present technology vision to C-suite and board with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress through proprietary analytics
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing innovation culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for innovation initiatives
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) highly valued
