Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or government labs
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and quantum algorithm design
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal collaborations
