Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures thinking techniques
