Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and ethical AI development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and tech transfer
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
