Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-focused product concepts
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic vision with organizational capabilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior team members in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
