Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and assess market readiness for 2026 innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to position company at the intersection of technology and human needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure adoption and impact of future-facing initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in anticipating market evolution (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, or blockchain consensus
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
