Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish a clear, actionable vision for our technological evolution over the next two years.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and market disruption.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain strategic initiatives that align technical capabilities with business goals, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the budget and resource planning for high-priority tech initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI on R&D investments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
