Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2028, prioritizing AI integration and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3+ disruptive tech initiatives annually
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present tech vision to stakeholders through compelling executive presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse development, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Certified in AWS/Azure and Scrum Master preferred
