- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and societal impact goals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' in executing prototyping and pilot programs
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech conglomerates for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of futurists and technologists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting 2026 technology landscape
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (e.g., led AI/quantum initiatives at FAANG)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields (IEEE/AI journals preferred)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L for tech ventures
- Global network connections in tech, academia, and venture capital ecosystems
