Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI reporting to investors
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future tech curricula and research agendas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
