Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in quantum computing or AI alignment (peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle analysis)
- Track record of scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO
- Certification in Tech Foresight (WFS or equivalent)
