Responsibilities
- Design 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams building prototype solutions for 2026 use cases
- Identify emerging tech trends and market disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and research institutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints using our proprietary 'FutureCast' methodology
- Mentor junior strategists in exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research or patents in exponential technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI beyond 5-year horizons
- Certification in Quantum Engineering or similar preferred
