Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience leading global remote innovation teams
- Portfolio of successfully implemented futuristic solutions
