Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and UN Sustainable Development Labs
- Present future-vision briefings to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Drive ethical AI governance initiatives aligning with IEEE 7000 standards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech incubation
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or sustainable AI systems
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and UN SDG alignment
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon Europe grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
