Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping breakthrough innovations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research and trend analysis
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling proposals and investor pitches
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products or solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing venture capital or government grants for ambitious projects
