Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs to commercialize cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech paradigms
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal grants for tech innovation ($5M+)
