- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policies and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
