Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with future market trends
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in AI/quantum computing (Harvard/MIT/Berkeley preferred)
- Track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java/C++)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Security clearance eligibility (government projects)
