Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading universities and national labs
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 100 boards on tech transformation
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) required
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
