Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive ecosystems
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify future market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Design pilot programs for next-gen solutions in metaverse, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech commercialization projects
