Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions with 10x potential impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive innovation sprints using human-centered design and agile methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term technological ROI and market disruption
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations (showcase portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across 5+ countries
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent disruptive field
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish) strongly preferred
