- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric tech design
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with product teams to align tech strategy with market opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and practical applications

- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
