Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into product development cycles
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of successfully scaling futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
