Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience developing ESG-aligned tech frameworks with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
