Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and cloud architecture
- Experience presenting at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
