Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead research and development in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain Aether Dynamics' competitive edge.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams to prototype future solutions.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in for long-term investments.
- Establish metrics for innovation success and report on progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and market shifts.
- Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
