Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies that will define our business landscape in 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the strategic deployment of Generative AI and predictive analytics to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends (Web3, AR/VR, Quantum) and provide actionable insights to the C-suite on potential market disruptions.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to upgrade our legacy infrastructure to be fully compatible with next-gen cloud and edge computing standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for investors, board members, and engineering teams.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with tech startups, research labs, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership within a major tech organization.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and the future of software development (e.g., Serverless, Edge Computing).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Future-Focused Mindset: Proven track record of identifying early trends and adapting business strategies to capitalize on them.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic projects.
