Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and AI ethics frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-continental R&D teams across North America, EU, and APAC time zones
- Integrate neuro-symbolic AI models with IoT edge computing infrastructure
- Establish regulatory compliance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative blockchain architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems
- Proven track record in quantum computing or neuromorphic chip design
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech topics
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D grants from DARPA/EU Horizon programs
