Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Published research in top-tier journals on emerging tech ethics
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and zero-knowledge proofs
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 AI management standards
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
