Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for market disruption
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and experimental projects
- Ensure ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex system modeling
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
